摘要
在汽车控制器(ECU)控制软件的设计和研发过程中,在线监测和在线标定对ECU而言是一个非常重要的功能。该功能可以让开发人员对ECU控制软件的关键参数进行在线标定和内部数据实时测量。一套完整的、稳定的标定系统可以提高开发人员的工作效率,缩短ECU软件的开发周期。本文通过分析XCP协议的基本架构和功能特点,明确了XCP协议几个常用功能的基本原理,明确了ECU的标定系统的设计思路,制定出满足整车ECU标定系统功能需求的XCP标定系统方案,为后续其他平台的XCP系统移植打下技术基础。
During design and development of ECU control software,on-line monitoring and calibration is important function for ECU,which allows developers to calibrate key parameters of ECU control software online and measure internal data in real time.A complete and stable calibration system can improve work efficiency of developers and shorten development cycle of ECU software development.The paper analyze basic architecture and functional characteristics of XCP protocol,basic principles of several common functions of XCP protocol in detail,defines design idea of ECU calibration system,designs the XCP calibration system scheme meeting functional requirements of vehicle controller calibration system,and lays a technical foundation for the subsequent transplantation of XCP system on other platforms.
