Study on Food Safety Management of Primary School Campus Based on SWOT Analysis

校园饮食安全管理是学校工作的重中之重,由于小学校园饮食安全防控机制不完善,其中不少学校在饮食安全管理方面还存在许多不足。本文通过SWOT分析,探究小学校园饮食安全管理发展的优势和劣势,剖析外在机会与威胁,构建SWOT矩阵,并提出小学校园饮食安全管理发展战略框架,加强小学校园饮食安全管理。

Campus food safety management is the top priority of school work.Due to the imperfect food safety prevention and control mechanism in primary schools,many schools still have many shortcomings in food safety management.Through SWOT analysis,this paper explores the strengths and weaknesses of the development of campus food safety management in primary schools,analyzes external opportunities and threats,builds SWOT matrix,and proposes a strategic framework for the development of campus food safety management in primary schools to strengthen campus food safety management in primary schools.
