摘要
食品安全抽样检验数据可用于信息发布、核查处置、数据统计和风险研判,是食品安全抽检工作基石,亦是分析食品安全问题和研判食品安全形势的重要支撑,可为制订食品安全抽检计划提供方向。本文结合近两年食品安全抽检数据,归纳分析抽查发现的食品抽检数据质量问题,并对承担食品安全抽样检验工作的承检机构提出相关对策,以期提升食品抽检数据质量。
Food safety sampling inspection data can be used for information dissemination,verification and disposal,data statistics,and risk assessment.It is the cornerstone of food safety sampling work and an important support for analyzing food safety issues and assessing the food safety situation.It can provide guidance for formulating food safety sampling plans.This article combines food safety sampling data from the past two years,summarizes and analyzes the quality problems found in food sampling data,and proposes relevant countermeasures for the inspection institutions responsible for food safety sampling inspection,in order to improve the quality of food sampling data.
