不同产地红富士苹果的品质对比分析

Comparison of the Quality of Fuji Apple from Different Origins

摘要 对陕西洛川、甘肃天水、山东烟台、新疆阿克苏和新疆伊犁等5个不同产地红富士苹果的总磷、总糖、总酸、可溶性固形物、糖酸比、微量元素等品质指标进行分析比较。结果表明,不同产地红富士苹果的总糖、总酸、糖酸比有明显差异,阿克苏红富士总糖含量为15.32%~18.58%,烟台红富士总糖含量为12.98%~13.42%;不同地区红富士苹果的总磷也有明显差异,微量元素钙、镁、钾、钠有明显差异,其他元素差异不明显。 The total phosphorus,total sugar,total acid,soluble solids,sugar-acid ratio and trace elements of Red Fuji apple from Luochuan of Shaanxi,Tianshui of Gansu,Yantai of Shandong,Aksu and Ili of Xinjiang were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the total sugar,total acid and sugar-acid ratio of Fuji apple from different places were significantly different.The total sugar content of Fuji apple in Akesu was 15.32% ~ 18.58%,and that of Fuji apple in Yantai was 12.98% ~ 13.42%.The total phosphorus content of Fuji apple in different areas was also significantly different,and the trace elements of Ca,Mg,K and Na were significantly different,but the other elements were not significantly different.
