摘要
为保证国民食品安全及健康,食品检测技术的应用至关重要。其中电感耦合等离子体质谱法被用于食品中多种元素的分析。本文针对电感耦合等离子体质谱法在食品中硒元素、铝元素、钼元素、碘元素、铅元素测定的应用进展进行论述,分析其应用范围及优缺点,以供参考。
The application of food testing technology is crucial to ensure national food safety and health.Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry is used for the analysis of multiple elements in food.This article discusses the application progress of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry in the determination of selenium,aluminum,molybdenum,iodine,and lead elements in food,analyzes its application scope and advantages and disadvantages,for reference.
