摘要
无线温度检测系统在民用市场、工业场景等具有很强的实用价值。文章设计并实现基于单片机的多路无线温度检测系统,该系统包含上位机系统和下位机系统,两者的主控芯片都选用STC51单片机,无线通信采用ZigBee模块进行无线数据传送和接收。其中上位机系统主要包含有最小系统、ZigBee模块、LCD显示模块、LED超温报警模块和USB模块。下位机系统有多个节点,每个节点主要包含最小系统、ZigBee模块和DS18B20温度模块。通过硬件软件设计并实现平台的搭建,进行温度系统检测与调试。经测试,该系统能够通过无线形式实时采集并显示多路温度数据,具有超温报警功能,稳定性较好。
The wireless temperature detection system has a strong practical value in the civil market,industri-al scene,etc.A multi-channel wireless temperature detection system based on single-chip microcomputer is designed and implemented.The system includes the upper computer system and the lower computer system.The main control chips of both are STC51 single chip microcomputer,and the wireless communication uses ZigBee module for wireless data transmission and reception.The upper computer system mainly includes the minimum system,ZigBee module,LCD display module,LED over-temperature alarm module and USB mod-ule.The lower computer system has multiple nodes,and each node mainly includes the minimum system,Zig-Bee module and DS18B20 temperature module.Through the design of hardware and software and the estab-lishment of the platform,the temperature system is tested and debugged.Through the test,the system can col-lect and display multi-channel temperature data in real time through wireless form,with the function of over-temperature alarm and good stability.
