Research on the Construction of a Competency Model of Ideological and Political Teachers in Universities in the New Era

对新时代高校思政课胜任力的概念和内涵进行探讨:政治素养是高校思政课教师胜任力的首要标准,教学科研能力是高校思政课教师胜任力的重要保障,专业理论知识是高校思政课教师胜任力的坚实基础,职业态度是高校思政课教师胜任力的关键要素,个人特质是高校思政课教师胜任力的个性要求。基于对187篇学术期刊的分析研究,构建包含5个一级指标,20个二级指标的高校思政课教师胜任力模型。该模型对高校思政课教师的招聘配置、培训管理以及绩效考核提供一定的理论参考。

This paper probes into the concept and connotation of competence of ideological and political courses in colleges and univer‐sities in the new era.Political accomplishment is the primary criterion for the competence of ideological and political teachers in colleg‐es and universities,teaching and scientific research ability is an important guarantee,professional theoretical knowledge is a solid foundation,professional attitude is a key element,and personal characteristics are personality requirements.Based on the analysis and research of 187 academic journals,a competency model for ideological and political course teachers in universities was constructed,which includes 5 primary indicators and 20 secondary indicators.This model provides certain theoretical references for the recruitment and allocation,training management and performance appraisal of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities.
