短视频视域下主流意识形态建设的思考

Thinking on the Construction of Mainstream Ideology from the Perspective of Short Video

短视频媒介具有一定的意识形态偏好,在建构意识形态的过程中具有重要作用。文章以辨证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为指导,遵循问题意识,将短视频与我国主流意识形态建设有机结合,多角度分析短视频视域下主流意识形态建设的境遇,旨在提升我国主流意识形态建设的针对性和实效性。在研究基础上,基于短视频发展规律和主流意识形态建设规律,从内容生产理念、平台技术设计和法律监管角度提出了具有可操作性、有针对性的对策。

Short video media has a certain ideological preference and plays an important role in the process of constructing ideology.Guided by dialectical materialism and historical materialism,following the problem consciousness,this paper organically combines short video with the construction of mainstream ideology in our country,analyzes the situation of the construction of mainstream ideology under the vision of short video from multiple angles,and aims to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the construction of mainstream ideology in our country.On the basis of the research,based on the development law of short video and the construction law of mainstream ideology,the paper puts forward specific operable and targeted countermeasures from the perspectives of content production concept,platform technology design and legal supervision.
