以人为本理念下高校思政教育创新的路径研究

Research on the Innovative Path of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities under the People-oriented Concept

高校思政工作的重点是培养什么样的人,如何培养人以及为谁培养人,要着重突出以人为本的教育理念。近年来高校思政教育工作中普遍存在一些问题,如以人为本教育理念的缺失、思政教育方式方法的滞后等,这些问题严重阻碍了高校以人为本理念下思政教育的创新发展。本文着重分析了以人为本视域下高校思政教育创新中存在的些许问题,并就此提出更新教育理念、丰富思政教育内容、改进教育方式、完善教育评价机制、重视心理辅导等措施,旨在为高校思政教育创新提供路径参考。

The focus of ideological and political work in universities is to cultivate what kind of people,how to cultivate them,and for whom to cultivate them,with a focus on highlighting the people-oriented educational philosophy.In recent years,there have been some common problems in the ideological and political education work in universities,such as the lack of people-oriented education concept,the lag of ideological and political education methods,etc.These problems seriously hinder the innovative development of ideological and political education under the people-oriented concept in universities.This article focuses on analyzing some problems in the innovation of ideological and political education in universities from a people-oriented perspective,and proposes measures such as updating educational concepts,enriching ideological and political education content,improving educational methods,improving educational evaluation mechanisms,and emphasizing psychological counseling.The aim is to provide a path reference for the innovation of ideological and political education in universities.
