黄龙止咳颗粒联合丙酸氟替卡松在儿童感染后咳嗽中的应用

A Study on the Combination of Huanglong Zhike Granules and Fluticasone Propionate Nebulization in the Treatment of Post-infected Cough in Children

目的 研究感染后咳嗽患儿接受口服黄龙止咳颗粒联合丙酸氟替卡松雾化治疗效果。方法 选入88例感染后咳嗽的患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各44例,两组均予丙酸氟替卡松治疗,而观察组在上述治疗同时加用口服黄龙止咳颗粒,观察两组临床疗效。结果 观察组的总有效率为95.45%,对照组为86.36%,观察组高于对照组;观察组患儿的咳嗽症状缓解时间17(13.8~20.0)d,对照组为26(20.0~29.0)d,观察组短于对照组;两组治愈的患儿中,观察组患儿的咳嗽症状消失时间为(23.3±3.6)d,对照组为(32.9±3.8)d,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 口服黄龙止咳颗粒联合丙酸氟替卡松雾化治疗小儿感染后咳嗽,可提升临床疗效、缩短康复时间、且治疗安全性理想。

Objective Study the effect of oral Huanglong Zhike Granule combined with fluticasone propionate nebulization treatment on children with cough after infection.Methods 88 patients with cough after infection were selected for admission to the pediatric outpatient department of our hospital,randomly divide into a control group and an observation group,44 cases in each group,both groups were treated with fluticasone propionate,the observation group also received oral Huanglong cough relieving granules during the above treatment,observe the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%,the control group was 86.36%,the observation group was higher than the control group;The relief time of cough symptoms in the observation group was 17(13.8-20.0)days,the control group was 26(20.0-29.0)days,the observation group was shorter than the control group;Among the two groups of cured children,the disappearance time of cough symptoms in the observation group was(23.3±3.6)days,the control group was(32.9±3.8)days,comparison between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Oral Huanglong Zhike Granules Combined with Fluticasone Propionate Nebulization for the Treatment of Post-infected Cough in Children,can enhance clinical efficacy、shorten recovery time、and the treatment safety is ideal,has promotional value.
