溶栓时间窗外急性脑梗死患者治疗进展

Progress in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients Outside the Thrombolytic Time Windo

急性脑梗死(Acute cerebral infarct,ACI)是严重威胁人类健康的一种常见病,它的特点是高发病率、死亡率、致残率和复发率,给个人和社会造成巨大的经济负担。ACI的发病往往突然,且在短时间内出现症状,因此时间对于ACI患者至关重要。临床常规用药对于溶栓时间窗内的ACI患者的疗效显著,但也有很大一部分ACI患者接受治疗时已经超出溶栓时间窗,对于这部分患者的临床用药往往效果不甚明显,因此亟需寻求更为有效的治疗方案。基于此,本文综述了近年来,对于溶栓时间窗外ACI患者的临床研究,以期为该部分患者更为有效的治疗方案提供参考。

Acute cerebral infarction(ACI)is a common disease that seriously threatens human health.It is characterized by high morbidity,mortality,disability and recurrence rate,which causes huge economic burden to individuals and society.The onset of ACI is often sudden and symptoms appear in a short time,so time is crucial for patients with ACI.The clinical routine medication has a significant effect on ACI patients within the thrombolytic time window,but a large number of ACI patients have exceeded the thrombolytic time window when receiving treatment,and the clinical medication effect for these patients is often not obvious,so it is urgent to seek more effective treatment.Based on this,this paper reviews the clinical research on ACI patients outside the thrombolytic window in recent years,in order to provide references for improving more effective treatment options for this part of patients.
