大变局下人民币国际化策略研究

Research on the Strategy of RMB Internationalization under the Background of Profound Changes

目前,人民币国际化尽管取得了显著成就,但相对水平依然偏低。俄乌冲突加速全球“去美元化”进程并重创欧元,将助推人民币国际化进程;当前大变局使人民币作为交易结算货币和国际储备货币将受到金砖集团成员国的欢迎;鉴于当前国际政治关系错综复杂,中国应重视精心培育人民币在金砖集团内的货币竞争力,以对冲将来美国针对人民币的金融打压;应扎实推进跨境贸易人民币结算并使之落到实处,支持人民币积极主动占领“去美元化”过程中美元挪出的空间。

The current RMB internationalization is still in relatively low level despite the remarkable achievements.Russia-Ukraine conflict accelerates the process of global“De-dollarisation”and hits the euro hard,which will contribute to promote the process of the RMB internationalization;The current Profound Changes will make the RMB popular among BRICS members as the transaction settlement currency and the international reserve currency.Given the complexity of current international political relations,China should attach great importance to carefully cultivating the monetary competitiveness of RMB within the BRICS group to hedge against future US financial crackdown on the RMB,firmly promote the RMB settlement system for across-border trade and put it into practice,support the RMB to actively take up the space vacated by the US dollar in the process of“De-dollarisation”.
