不同麻醉方式在结直肠癌根治术中的应用效果对比

Comparison on the Application Effects of Different Anesthesia Methods in Radical Resection of Colorectal Cancer

目的 对比全身麻醉和全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉在结直肠癌根治术中的应用效果。方法 180例结直肠癌根治术患者根据麻醉方式的不同分为全身麻醉组和全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉组,比较两组的麻醉苏醒时间、肠道恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、疼痛程度及并发症。结果 全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉组的麻醉苏醒时间、肠道恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均显著短于全身麻醉组,术后苏醒时、术后苏醒8 h时及术后苏醒24 h时的VAS评分均显著低于全身麻醉组(P <0.05)。全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉组的并发症总发生率为6.5%,显著低于全身麻醉组的17.1%(P <0.05)。结论 与全身麻醉相比,全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉可明显减轻结直肠癌根治术患者的术后疼痛程度,减少并发症的发生,促进患者预后恢复。

Objective To compare the application effects of general anesthesia and general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 180 patients with radical resection of colorectal cancer were divided into the general anesthesia group and the general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia group according to different anesthesia methods.The anesthesia recovery time,intestinal recovery time,ambulation time,hospitalization time,pain degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The anesthesia recovery time,intestinal recovery time,ambulation time,hospitalization time in the general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia group were significantly shorter than those in the general anesthesia group,and the VAS scores at the time of postoperative recovery,8 h after postoperative recovery and 24 h after postoperative recovery were significantly lower than those in the general anesthesia group(P <0.05).The total incidence of complications in the general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia group was 6.5%,significantly lower than 17.1% in the general anesthesia group(P <0.05).Conclusions Compared with general anesthesia,general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia can significantly reduce the postoperative pain degree of patients with radical resection of colorectal cancer,reduce the occurrence of complications,and promote the prognosis recovery of patients.
