雾化吸入联合个性化肺康复训练对COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者肺功能的影响

摘要 目的 分析雾化吸入联合个性化肺康复训练应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭患者的效果。方法 86例COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组给予雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予个性化肺康复训练,比较两组的肺功能和血气分析指标。结果 护理后,观察组的FVC、 FEV_(1)、 FEV_(1)/FVC均高于对照组(P <0.05)。护理后,观察组的PaO_(2)、SpO_(2)均高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 雾化吸入联合个性化肺康复训练用于COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者的效果显著,可改善患者的肺功能,加快血气分析指标复常。 Objective To analyze the effect of atomization inhalation combined with individualized pulmonary rehabilitation training applied in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with respiratory failure.Methods 86 patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received atomization inhalation,and the observation group received individualized pulmonary rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The pulmonary function and blood gas analysis indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,FVC,FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).After nursing,PaO_(2) and SpO_(2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and PaCO_(2) was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Atomization inhalation combined with individualized pulmonary rehabilitation training applied in patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure has significant effect,which can improve the pulmonary function of patients and accelerate the normalization of blood gas analysis indicators.
