浅谈监管棉花含杂率公证检验模式变化对公检工作的影响

Discussion on notarization inspection of cotton impurity content

近年来,监管棉花含杂率公证检验结果越来越受到棉花承储企业、加工企业、检验机构的关注。2023年度,监管棉花含杂率公证检验模式调整,主要体现在调整检验场所、新增全自动检验仪器、调整检验规程等,该调整必将对监管棉花含杂率公证检验工作起到积极的促进作用。笔者结合监管棉花含杂率检验模式调整的缘由、调整方法和实验室含杂率检验注意事项等进行探讨,以期对进一步规范监管棉花含杂率检验程序、提高含杂率检验结果准确性提供一些借鉴。

In recent years,the notarization inspection results of cotton impurity content have attracted increasing attention from cotton storage companies,processing companies,and inspection agencies.In 2023,the adjustment of the model for the notarization inspection of cotton impurity content is mainly reflected in the adjustment of inspection sites and inspection procedures,and the addition of automatic inspection instruments,which will actively promote the notarization inspection of cotton impurity content.This paper discusses the reasons for the adjustment of the inspection model for cotton impurity content,the differences in the notarization inspection of cotton impurity content before and after the adjustment of the inspection model and the precautions for laboratory inspection of impurity content,with a view to providing some reference for further regulating the inspection procedures for cotton impurity content and improving the accuracy of the inspection results of the impurity content.
