摘要
研究了样品调湿状态、样品制备方式、萃取介质、振荡时间、振荡频率、萃取温度6个方面因素对pH值测量结果的影响。结果表明:除样品调湿状态对pH值测试影响不显著外,其余因素均对测量结果有较大影响,尤其是注意样品剪裁大小统一、萃取介质pH值和萃取温度的控制,并对提高实验室皮革pH值检测准确性和稳定性提出建议。
Six factors affecting pH value determination was discussed,including the sample conditioning,sample preparation,extracting medium,shaking time,shaking frequency and extracting temperature.The results showed that all the other factors except conditioning had great influence on the pH determination,especially the uniform size of the sample,the control of the pH value of the extracting medium and the extraction temperature.Some suggestions were put forward to improve the accuracy and stability of the pH determination of leather.
