浅谈纱线捻度测试方法的问题与修订展望

Discussion on the problems and revision prospects of yarn twist test methods

本文介绍了纱线的捻度测试方法,指出退捻加捻法受预加张力影响大,自身不能确定准确、合理的预加张力;标准中B法(二次法)及三次退捻加捻法,都难以解决这个问题。只有通过预备试验,应用直接计数法与退捻加捻法测试结果比对,根据两者测试结果差异大小,以正线性相关原则,确定退捻加捻法预加张力,这样既充分发挥了其简洁、快速的特点,又能保证捻度测试结果的准确性和可靠性。

This article introduces the twist testing method of yarn and points out that the untwisting and twisting method is greatly affected by the pre-tension,but the pre-tension cannot be determined by the standards,however,the B method(secondary method)and the third untwisting and twisting method in the standard are both difficult to solve this problem.This article proves that it is the only way to determine the pre-tension by preliminary experiments,by conducting and comparing the test results of direct counting method and untwisting and twisting method,based on the difference and the principle of positive linear correlation.This method is concise and fast,and ensures the result accuracy and reliability.
