摘要
采用水热法制备了荧光素@UiO-66(FN@UiO-66)金属有机框架材料,借助X射线衍射和红外光谱技术确定了其物相结构,并利用扫描电子显微镜、动态光散射等技术表征了其形貌特征。结果表明,FN@UiO-66大小均匀,平均水合粒径为380.4 nm。随后进行了FN@UiO-66对典型染料曲利苯蓝的荧光检测研究,实验结果表明,曲利苯蓝可以猝灭FN@UiO-66的荧光发射,其Stern-Volmer系数KSV为3 593 L·mol^(-1),说明FN@UiO-66材料对曲利苯蓝具有良好的选择性,且曲利苯蓝的检出限为0.06μmol·L^(-1)。由此可见,FN@UiO-66可以高效地识别曲利苯蓝,且具有良好的选择性和检测灵敏度,可实现对曲利苯蓝的快速荧光检测。
In this work,the composite fluorescein@UiO-66(FN@UiO-66)metal-organic framework material was synthesized by a hydrothermal protocol.The structural characteristics of FN@UiO-66 were determined with the help of X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy as well as the morphological characteristics were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and dynamic light scattering(DLS).Experimental results show that FN@UiO-66 is uniform in size,with an average hydrodynamic diameter of 380.4 nm.Subsequently,a fluorescence study of FN@UiO-66 on trypan blue(TB)was carried out,and further experiments show that the Stern-Volmer coefficient of TB,K SV,is 3593 L·mol-1,which indicates that the FN@UiO-66 has a good effect on TB.The selectivity of FN@UiO-66 for TB is good,and the detection limit of TB is 0.06μmol·L-1,showing that FN@UiO-66 can recognize TB efficiently.FN@UiO-66 has a good selectivity and detection sensitivity to TB,and it can realize the rapid fluorescence detection of TB.
