儿童川崎病合并心脏病变的病例报道1例

A case report of Kawasaki disease complicated with heart disease in a child

川崎病又称皮肤黏膜淋巴结综合征,该病的合并症较多,常引起心脏病变。目前,川崎病的诊断主要结合临床表现、实验室检查、心脏影像学、病史等,及时诊断并予以有效的治疗可缓解疾病急性期症状,避免严重心脏病变的发生、发展。因此,在明确诊断川崎病后,合理、有效的药物治疗方案对川崎病合并心脏病变的患儿尤为重要。
