卡前列素氨丁三醇预防凶险性前置胎盘患者产后出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of Carboprost Tromethamine in preventing postpartum hemorrhage in patients with pernicious placenta previa

目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇预防凶险性前置胎盘患者产后出血的临床效果。方法选取沂南县人民医院2020年12月至2022年12月收治的76例凶险性前置胎盘患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各38例。两组均给予宫缩素及纱条宫腔填塞,在此基础上,对照组给予米索前列醇,观察组在对照组的基础上给予卡前列素氨丁三醇,比较两组治疗效果及产后2、8、24 h出血量。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后2、8、24 h出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇预防凶险性前置胎盘患者产后出血的临床效果较好,可以减少产后出血量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Carboprost Tromethamine in prevention postpartum hemorrhage in patients with pernicious placenta previa.Methods A total of 76 patients with pernicious placenta previa admitted to Yinian County People’s Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment such as Oxytocin and uterine tamponade,on the basis of which,the control group was given Misoprostol,and the observation group was given Carboprost Tromethamine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and postpartum blood loss of 2,8 and 24 hours were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding at 2,8 and 24 hours postpartum in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboprost Tromethamine has a good clinical effect on preventing postpartum hemorrhage in patients with pernicious placenta previa,which can reduce the amount of postpartum hemo rrhage.
