快速康复理念在小儿骨科围手术期护理中的应用效果

Application effect of rapid rehabilitation concept in perioperative nursing of pediatric orthopedics

目的探讨快速康复理念在小儿骨科围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月至2022年4月烟台市烟台山医院收治的74例骨科患儿为研究对象,按照抛币法将其分为参照组(37例)、研究组(37例)。参照组采用传统围手术期护理干预,研究组采用快速康复理念围手术期护理干预,比较两组的住院时间、疼痛评分、总依从率、并发症总发生率。结果研究组住院时间短于参照组,疼痛评分低于参照组,总依从率高于参照组,并发症总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复理念在小儿骨科围手术期护理中的应用效果显著,能够缓解疼痛,提高依从率,减少并发症,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation concept in perioperative nursing of pediatric orthopedics.Methods A total of 74 children with orthopedics in Yantai Yantaishan Hospital from February 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into reference group(37 cases)and study group(37 cases)according to the coin tossing method.The reference group received traditional perioperative nursing intervention,and the study group received rapid rehabilitation concept perioperative nursing intervention.The length of hospitalization,pain score,total compliance rate and total complication rate in the two groups were compared.Results The length of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group,the pain score in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the total compliance rate in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the total complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation concept in perioperative nursing of pediatric orthopedics has significant application effect,which can relieve pain,improve compliance rate,reduce complications,and is worth popularizing.
