前瞻性护理在小儿肺炎雾化吸入治疗中的应用

Application of prospective nursing in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia by aerosol inhalation

目的探讨前瞻性护理在小儿肺炎雾化吸入治疗中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析在甘肃省人民医院2022年1月至2023年1月接受雾化吸入治疗的64例小儿肺炎患儿的临床资料,按照不同的护理方法分为对照组、研究组,各32例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上采用前瞻性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果研究组咳嗽、咳痰、肺部啰音消失时间与退热时间,以及精神不佳、食欲下降、睡眠障碍改善时间均较对照组短(P<0.05);研究组家长护理总满意率为96.88%,高于对照组的78.13%(P<0.05)。结论前瞻性护理在小儿肺炎雾化吸入治疗中的应用效果较好,能够缩短症状改善时间,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of prospective nursing in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia by aerosol inhalation.Methods The clinical data of 64 children with pediatric pneumonia who received aerosol inhalation treatment in Gansu Provincial Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and study group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group used prospective nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The disappearance time of cough,expectoration and pulmonary rales,the time to antipyresis,the time to improvement of poor spirit,decreased appetite and sleep disorders in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of parents in the study group was 96.88%,which was higher than 78.13%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prospective nursing has a good application effect in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia by aerosol inhalation,which can shorten the improvement time of symptoms and improve nursing satisfaction.
