摘要
目的探讨个性化心理护理联合诱导护理在学龄前儿童四肢骨折护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2022年11月烟台市烟台山医院收治的40例学龄前四肢骨折患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组(20例)与研究组(20例)。参照组采用基础护理,研究组采用个性化心理护理联合诱导护理,比较两组家属护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果研究组护理细节、护理环节、护理态度、护患沟通、病区护理及护理效果评分高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论学龄前儿童四肢骨折采用个性化心理护理联合诱导护理干预可降低并发症发生率,提高家属护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of personalized psychological nursing combined with induction nursing in the nursing of preschool children with limb fracture.Methods A total of 40 preschool children with limb fracture admitted to Yantai Yantaishan Hospital from March 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the reference group(20 cases)and the study group(20 cases)according to the random number table method.The reference group received basic nursing,and the study group received personalized psychological nursing combined with induction nursing.The family nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing details,nursing links,nursing attitude,nurse-patient communication,ward nursing and nursing effect in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of personalized psychological nursing combined with induction nursing in preschool children with limb fracture can reduce the incidence rate of complications and improve the family nursing satisfaction.
