摘要
采用非溶剂致相分离法制备了PVC/PVDF共混滤膜,对不同配方的PVC/PVDF共混滤膜的性能进行了分析,重点研究了PVC/PVDF共混滤膜在含藻废水处理中的效能。结果表明:通过不同配方的PVC/PVDF共混滤膜的黏度、机械性能、亲水性能、孔隙率、孔径和水通量性能测试,PVC/PVDF共混滤膜以PVDF质量分数为6%时较佳,研究其对含藻废水的处理效能,PVC/PVDF共混滤膜对固体悬浮物(SS)的截留效率较高,对藻具有很好的截留作用。该方法对海藻废水的处理具有一定的实际指导意义。
A non solvent induced phase separation method was used to prepare PVC/PVDF blended filter membranes.The performance of different formulations of PVC/PVDF blended filter membranes was analyzed,with a focus on studying the efficiency of PVC/PVDF blended filter membranes in the treatment of algae-containing wastewater.The results showed that through testing the viscosity,mechanical properties,hydrophilicity,porosity,pore size,and water flux performance of PVC/PVDF blend filter membranes with different formulations,it was found that the PVC/PVDF blend filter membrane had the best performance when the mass fraction of PVDF was 6%,and its treatment efficiency on algae-containing wastewater was studied.The PVC/PVDF blend filter membrane has a higher interception efficiency on solid suspended solids(SS),and it had a good retention effect on algae.This method has certain practical guiding significance for the treatment of seaweed wastewater.
