多花黄精药材等级质量初步研究

Preliminary Study on the Grade Quality of Polygonatum Cyrlonema

目的:建立黔产多花黄精药材商品规格等级质量评价方法。方法:11批多花黄精药材根据药材长度、直径、重量分为3个等级和统货,测定药材重量、直径、水分、浸出物、总多糖和总黄皂苷含量,采用SPSS 23.0软件对数据进行主成分分析、系统聚类分析和K-均值聚类分析。结果:多花黄精药材可分为3个等级和统货。结论:初步建立多花黄精药材商品规格等级质量评价方法,为规范该药材市场秩序提供科学依据。

Objective To establish a quality evaluation method for the commodity specification grade of Polygonatum cyrlonema.Methods The 11 batches of P.cyrlonema were divided into 3 grades and consolidated goods according to the length,diameter and weight of the medicinal materials.Determination of weight,diameter,moisture,extractables,total polysaccharides and total saponin content of medicinal herbs,and SPSS23 was used to principal components analysis,cluster analysis and K-means cluster analysis on the data.Results The medicinal materials of P.cyrlonema can be divided into three grades and unified goods.Conclusion A preliminary method for evaluating the quality of commodity specifications and grades of P.cyrlonema is preliminarily established,which provides a scientific basis for standardizing the market order of this medicinal material.
