摘要
陶胎漆器是兼收陶瓷与大漆两者优势后的产物,其作为明器起始,经历过历史的兴衰,在当代人们多元的消费观以及复兴手工艺的背景下,重回人们的视野。本文梳理了陶胎漆器的历史脉络,简述了漆陶工艺的历史渊源,并分析了漆与陶瓷结合的条件与优势。根据实用、美观、工艺相统一的原则进行胎体设计,依照设计与生产的具体情况选择成型方式。通过不同的胎体处理方式,增加漆与胎体的附着力。归纳了陶胎漆器的装饰类型、风格及原则,并以作品为例,阐述了相关工艺在实际创作中的装饰应用。漆与陶瓷结合兼具实用与美观的特性,互为表里,意义非凡。未来,在立体的“漆陶塑”与平面的“嵌陶漆画”等方向仍有很多探索的空间。
Pottery lacquerware is the product of combining the advantages of both ceramics and lacquerware.At its inception,it was used as a funerary object and has gone through historical ups and downs and has returned to people's vision under the background of contemporary,people's diverse consumption concepts and revival of handicrafts.Sorting out the historical context of pottery lacquerware,and briefly describe the historical origin of lacquer pottery craft,the paper analyzes the conditions and advantages of the combination of paint and ceramics.Carcass design is carried out according to the principles of practicality,beauty and craftsmanship,and the molding method is selected according to the specific conditions of design and production,Through different carcass treatment methods,the adhesion between the paint and the carcass is increased.Summarizing,the decoration types,styles and principles of pottery-bodied lacquerware,taking the work as an example,the paper also explains the decorative application of related crafts in actual creation.The combination of lacquer and ceramics has both practical and aesthetic characteristics,and they are both exterior and interior,which is of great significance.In the future,there is still a lot of room for exploration in the direction of stereoscopic"lacquer potterysculpture"and planar"inlaid pottery lacquer painting".
