“沉浸式”生涯活动的实践探索

摘要 加强中小学生涯教育是促进学生全面发展和终身发展的重要举措,上海田家炳中学在探索适合高中生生涯发展的实践研究中发现,“沉浸式”的生涯活动具有显著的效果。这类生涯活动通过营造真实情景引发学生的思考与感悟,具有鲜明的特点和独特的优势。可以有效帮助学生在探索和实践中认识自我,拓展生涯视野,形成对社会各行业的理解和尊重,初步规划合理的人生发展路径,明晰未来发展的方向。
