同伴教育结合项目发展在大学生创新创业教育中的作用探讨

摘要 针对相关研究提出的在创新创业中如何结合学生专业知识、激发学生创新创业激情、营造创新创业氛围的问题,该文提出同伴教育结合项目发展(Peer education-Project development,PEPD)的创新创业教学新方法。结合前期PEPD在创新创业教学中的良好效果,分享PEPD的具体流程,剖析PEPD中必备的核心要素以及各个核心要素的作用,总结PEPD的优点和不足。 Addressing issues raised in related research about how to integrate students professional knowledge,stimulate their passion for innovation and entrepreneurship,and create an atmosphere conducive to these activities,this paper proposes a new teaching method of integrating Peer Education with Project Development(PEPD)for innovation and entrepreneurship education.Building on the positive effects of PEPD in previous innovation and entrepreneurship teaching,this paper shares the specific process of PEPD,analyzes the essential core elements required in PEPD and the role of each core element,and summarizes the advantages and shortcomings of PEPD.
