叶绿体基因组分析技术在中药资源类专业实验教学中的应用

摘要 近年来,叶绿体基因组数据被广泛用于解决植物系统发育问题和中药材鉴定,但我国高等院校中药资源类专业现有课程体系却普遍缺少叶绿体基因组学相关理论教学与实践教学环节。中国药科大学中药资源类专业实验教学使用第二代DNA测序数据,开展叶绿体基因组的组装、注释及系统进化分析的相关教学活动。实践证明,引入叶绿体基因组实验教学,有助于学生深入理解生物信息学在中药资源开发中的应用,培养学生生物统计分析的能力。 In recent years,chloroplast genome data have been widely used to address issues in plant phylogenetics and the identification of traditional Chinese medicine materials.However,the current curriculum system for traditional Chinese medicine resources majors in higher education institutions in China lacks theoretical and practical teaching segments related to chloroplast genomics.In the experimental teaching of traditional Chinese medicine resources majors at China Pharmaceutical University,second-generation DNA sequencing data are utilized to conduct teaching activities related to the assembly,annotation,and phylogenetic analysis of chloroplast genomes.Practice has shown that incorporating chloroplast genome experiments into teaching helps students gain a deep understanding of the application of bioinformatics in the development of traditional Chinese medicine resources and enhances their skills in biological statistical analysis.
