干部职工的担当问题浅析——以宁波海关为例

摘要 党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央不断深化党和国家机构改革,不断推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。但机构改革涉及的面广,牵动的利益多,机构人员不可避免地会出现思想波动等问题。因此,可基于涉机构改革部门的干部队伍现状,以宁波海关干部职工为调查样本,从如何加强干部职工担当作为的角度出发,提出重设科学合理的绩效考核机制、人性化管理等实施意见。 Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee centered on Xi Jinping has continuously deepened the reform of party and state institutions and promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.However,institutional reform involves a wide range of areas,involves multiple interests,and inevitably leads to ideological fluctuations among institutional personnel.Therefore,based on the current situation of the cadre team in departments involved in institutional reform,taking cadres and employees of Ningbo Customs as survey samples,from the perspective of how to strengthen the responsibility of cadres and employees,suggestions can be put forward to re-establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation mechanism and implement humanized management.
