高职院校教师科研创新团队建设的研究与实践——以漳州职业技术学院为例

On the Construction of Teachers’Scientific Research and Innovation Teams in Higher Vocational Colleges--A Case Study of Zhangzhou Institute of Technology

高职院校教师科研创新团队建设是国家创新驱动战略下高职院校更好服务中国式现代化的重大举措。从漳州职业技术学院的建设情况来看,面对国家高度重视科技创新和职业教育带来的机遇与挑战,需破解人才流失、创新不足、经费缺乏、水平不高以及课题方向、跨学科合作等方面存在的问题与不足,采取加强人才引进和创新激励方式、培养优秀领军人才、加强科研平台建设、扩大学术交流与合作、优化项目选择和管理、提供必要的软硬件支持等措施。

The construction of teachers’scientific research innovation teams in higher vocational colleges is an important measure for higher vocational colleges to better serve the Chinese path to modernization under the national innovation-driven strategy.From the perspective of the construction of Zhangzhou Institute of Technology,in the face of the opportunities and challenges brought about by the country’s high emphasis on technological innovation and vocational education,it is necessary to address the problems and shortcomings of talent loss,insufficient innovation,lack of funding,low level as well as the direction of research projects and interdisciplinary cooperation.Measures should be taken to strengthen talent introduction and innovation incentives,cultivate outstanding leading talents,strengthen the construction of scientific research platforms,expand academic exchanges and cooperation,optimize project selection and management,provide necessary software and hardware support and other implementation paths.
