Construction of“1+X”High-quality Test and Training System for UAV Vocational Education Based on“Four in One”

《国家职业教育改革实施方案》明确了职业教育要强化畅通技术的引入,构建不同类型的技能人才培养渠道。随着无人机技术的飞速发展,国内无人机操控培训市场也迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,培养懂法规、有资质、保安全且具备实际操作能力的无人机驾驶员成为了当前职场热点。在对无人机“1+X”考培机制进行改革探索和创新研究的基础上,可围绕行业发展、立足产业刚需、着眼技能培育、带动社会就业“四位一体”构建无人机职业教育“1+X”的高质量考培体系,为无人机职业教育的发展推进提供案例样本和经验借鉴。

National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan proposes that vocational education should strengthen the introduction of smooth technology and build different types of skilled talent training channels.With the rapid development of drone technology,the domestic drone control training market has also ushered in unprecedented development opportunities.Cultivating qualified practical drone drivers,who understand regulations and can meanwhile ensure safety,has become a hot pursuit in the current workplace and an urgent demand in the talent market for the next 20 years.Based on the reform exploration and innovative research of the“1+X”drone training mechanism,the paper focuses on four aspects,namely the sector development,the industry demand,the vocational training and employment development,to propose a“Four in One”system of high-quality“1+X”drone vocational education training,thus providing case samples and experience references for the development and promotion of drone vocational education.
