新型城轨受电弓结构强度仿真分析

摘要 针对城轨车辆受电弓强度要求高、易产生强度破坏等问题,文章以某型号单臂双滑板城轨受电弓为研究对象,绘制了受电弓结构简图,分析了其结构特性,建立了详细的三维模型。建立了受电弓离散有限元仿真模型,对其特定工况下的结构静强度、结构固有特性进行了仿真求解与分析,并基于Goodman疲劳极限图对主要评价点的疲劳特性进行了分析评价,得出了结论及优化方案,为后续受电弓结构优化研究提供了理论依据。 In response to the high strength requirement and the susceptibility to strength damage of pantographs for urban rail vehicles,this article takes a certain model of single-arm double-contact strip pantograph for urban rail vehicle as the object of study,draws a schematic diagram of the pantograph structure,analyzes its structural characteristics and establishes a detailed three-dimensional model.A discrete finite element simulation model for pantograph is established to simulate,calculate and analyze the static strength and the inherent characteristics of the pantograph structure under specific working conditions.The fatigue characteristics of the main evaluating points are analyzed and evaluated based on Goodman fatigue limit diagram to get the conclusion and the optimization scheme,providing a theoretical basis for subsequent study on structural optimization of pantograph.
