摘要
介绍了104L型空气分配阀结构、性能以及整机试验验证结果。104L型空气分配阀的安装接口与104型分配阀一致,性能与104型分配阀一致,主控机构(作用部)采用柱塞结构取代原104阀的滑阀结构。试验表明:104L型空气分配阀能够适应我国铁路客车运用环境,检修周期能够达到A3修(120万km)的目标。
This article introduces the structure,the performance and the whole valve test result of 104L air distribution valve.The installation interface and the performance of 104L air distribution valve are consistent with those of 104 air distribution valve,while its main control mechanism(acting part)is in plunger structure to replace the slide valve structure of the original 104 valve.The test result shows that 104L air distribution valve can fit the service environment of railway passenger cars in China and that its repair cycle can reach the target of A3 repair(1,200,000 km).
