工科类本科生毕业设计管理模式探索

本科生毕业设计是工科类本科生培养过程中的重要实践性教学环节。该文阐述本科毕业设计管理模式研究的重要性,调研中外部分优秀高校工科类本科毕业设计在选题、时间安排、过程管理和知识方法指导方面的管理模式与方法,并运用实证调研的方法研究国内工业工程专业案例。发现目前仍存在选题实践性不够、时间安排不够灵活、欠缺指导等问题。最后提出增进产学研合作、加强规范化管理、增加知识能力培养等建议。

Undergraduate graduation project is an important practical teaching link in the training process of engineering undergraduates.This paper expounds the importance of the research on the management mode of graduation thesis,investigates the management modes and methods of the graduation project of engineering undergraduates in some excellent universities at home and abroad in terms of topic selection,time arrangement,process management and knowledge and method guidance,and uses the method of empirical research to study domestic industrial engineering professional case.The study finds that there are still problems such as insufficient practice in topic selection,inflexible time arrangement,and lack of guidance.Finally,some suggestions are put forward,such as enhancing industry-university-research cooperation,strengthening standardized management,and increasing knowledge and ability training.
