基于家庭特征的大学生创业能力影响因素研究

基于家庭环境考察大学生创业能力的状况。采用自主编制大学生创业能力自评量表,抽取19所高校的本科大学生进行调查,采集有效样本4248份。大学生创业能力在父母职业、文化程度以及家庭收入方面均存在显著差异;父母职业为企事业中高层管理者或私营业主的大学生创业能力水平较高;父母文化程度本科及以上的大学生创业能力水平较高;家庭收入越高大学生创业能力水平越高。家庭特征对大学生创业能力产生不同程度的影响,父母职业、文化程度、家庭经济条件是影响大学生创业能力的重要影响因素。

Based on the family environment,this paper investigates the situation of college students'entrepreneurial ability,adopts the self-developed self-assessment scale of college students'entrepreneurial ability,selects undergraduate students from 19 colleges and universities for investigation,and collects 4248 effective samples.It finds that family characteristics have different effects on college students'entrepreneurial ability.There are significant differences in parents'occupation,education level and family income;College students whose parents are middle and senior managers of enterprises or private owners have a high level of entrepreneurial ability;College students whose parents have bachelor degree or above have higher entrepreneurial ability;The higher the family income,the higher the entrepreneurial ability of college students.
