摘要
针对大学物理实验单一授课方式已不能有效满足新工科人才能力培养的问题,该文开展微课教学方式(Online Course),延伸传统教学中“教”与“学”的时间和空间,培养学生自主学习能力;增加演示实验为必要拓展(Demonstration experiment),加深学生对物理规律等理论知识的具象理解,有效提升学习热情和物理思维能力;融入课程思政元素(Course Education),将知识传授与科学精神、人文精神培养有机融合,内化为学生的正向“心法”;实施以赛促学(Competition),提升运用物理原理解决实践问题的能力,外化为学生的“技法”。在此基础上,制定兼具过程、结果及拓展属性的“1+1+X”考核模式,考核结果发现基于ODEC的教学方式与成绩具有正向关联,构成知识传授、能力培养、价值塑造协同育人模式,符合新工科背景下德才兼备人才培养的规律。
In view of the problem that the single teaching method of university physics experiment can no longer effectively meet the ability training of new engineering talents,this paper carries out the Online Course teaching mode,which extends the time and space of"teaching"and"learning"in traditional teaching,and cultivates students'autonomous learning ability.Demonstration experiment is added as a necessary extension to deepen students'concrete understanding of theoretical knowledge such as physical laws,and effectively enhance their learning enthusiasm and physical thinking ability.Integrate the ideological and political elements into the course education,internalize the students'"mind method",and enhance the learning drive;The implementation of competition has improved the ability to use physical principles to solve practical problems,and has been externalized into students'"skills".On this basis,the assessment model of"1+1+X"with both process and result characteristics is developed.The assessment results show that the teaching method based on"ODEC"has a positive correlation with performance,which forms a collaborative education model of knowledge transmission,ability cultivation,and conforms to the law of talent training with both virtue and ability under the background of new engineering.
