基于课程思政融入度的交通专业教师实践教学能力评估研究

摘要 专业实践课程在本科教学和本科人才培养中作用显著。提升教师专业实践课程的教学能力是提高本科实践教学质量的关键。基于教师自身的跨专业知识累积需求,从教师教学素质要求的视角对专业教师实践教学能力的评估指标进行分析,并根据本科专业实践教学的实际要求对评估指标的权值进行设定,同时从当前课程思政对教师教学的要求出发,分析教师在实践教学过程中对课程思政的融入能力,得出教师跨专业实践教学能力的量化考核指标及其相应的权重,并构建基于课程思政融入度的本科跨专业实践教学能力评估模型,通过对模型进行验证和分析,认为所构建的模型可对教师的实践教学能力进行有效量化评估,可在一定程度上分析教师的教学实践能力的表现特征并可作为实践教师教学能力培训的评估标准,可进一步为提升实践教学质量提供参考。 Professional practice courses played an important role in undergraduate teaching and talents training.Improving teachers'teaching ability of professional practice course was the key to improve the quality of undergraduate practice teaching.Based on the cross-professional knowledge accumulation needs of teachers,the evaluation indicators of professional teachers'practical teaching ability were analyzed from the perspective of teachers'teaching quality requirements,and the weights of evaluation indicators were set according to the actual requirements of undergraduate professional practical teaching.At the same time,starting from the current curriculum ideological and political requirements for teachers'teaching,this paper analyzed the ability of teachers to integrate curriculum ideological and political thinking in the process of practical teaching,obtained the quantitative assessment index of teachers'cross-specialty practical teaching ability and its corresponding weight,and constructed the undergraduate cross-specialty practical teaching ability evaluation model based on the degree of curriculum ideological and political integration.Through the verification and analysis of the model,the study concluded that the model could effectively evaluate the practical teaching ability of teachers,analyzed the performance characteristics of teachers'practical teaching ability to a certain extent.The study could be used as the evaluation standard of teaching ability training of practical teachers,which can further provide reference for improving the quality of practical teaching.
