摘要
船用柴油机排气阀驱动器卡死的原因复杂多样,其中包括滤器失效颗粒物进入系统,材料硬度不够,精度不达标,设计不合理,疲劳断裂,串油不完备和安装工艺不达标等多种因素。本文介绍了一例因柴油机厂串油工艺不完备导致某条新造船舶在试航期间排气阀驱动器卡死故障模式。通过监造组、船厂、船东和制造厂商四家合力分析,查找原因,从简单到困难,从单机事故推向非偶发事故,终将问题解决。这个案例为柴油机排气阀驱动器设计、制造和故障排除提供参考。
There are many reasons why the exhaust valve actuator of marine diesel engine is stuck,including filter failure,particulate matter entering the system,insufficient material hardness,and accuracy is not up to standard,unreasonable design,fatigue fracture string oil is not complete and the installation process is not up to standard and so on.This paper introduces a failure mode of the exhaust valve actuator stuck during the sea trial period due to the incomplete oil string process of diesel engine factory.Through the joint analysis of the supervision team,shipyards,ship owners and manufacturers,we find the reasons,from simple to difficult,from single accidents to no-accidental accidents,and finally solve the problem.It provides reference for the design,manufacture and troubleshooting of diesel engine exhaust valve actuator.
