Overview and Analysis of Marine Engine Emission Regulation

介绍当前国内船舶大气污染总体形势,总结中国、美国、欧盟和国际海事组织船机排放标准的适用范围、排放限值和现行阶段,从实施日期和排放限值对GB15097-2016第一阶段和第二阶段进行分析,同时对比国内现行船机标准与车机、非道路移动机械排放标准以及国内外船机现行标准,并对国内船机排放标准第三阶段发展趋势提出思考,最后从排放标准制定与实施、设立NECA排放控制区、先进技术装备和洁能源的应用等方面对降低船舶排放污染提出若干建议与措施。

This article introduces the the overall situation of marine engines in China,summarize the scope of application,emission limits,and current stages of marine engine emission standards in China,the US,the EU and the IMO.Analyze the first and second stages of GB15097-2016 from the implementation date and emission limits,and compare the current domestic marine engine standards with vehicle and non-road mobile machinery emission standards,as well as the current domestic and foreign marine engine standards,And propose considerations for the development trend of the third stage of domestic marine engine emission standards.Finally,propose several suggestions and measures to reduce ship emission pollution from aspects such as the formulation and implementation of emission standards,the establishment of NECA emission control zones,the application of advanced technology and equipment,and clean energy.
