大数据背景下鲁班工坊信息化管理平台构建路径研究——以天津项目为例

Research on the Construction Path of Luban Workshop Information Management Platform under the Background of Big Data——Taking the Tianjin Project as an Example

随着鲁班工坊品牌项目的不断深耕以及影响力的持续扩大,越来越多的项目在海外落地。伴随着项目数据体量的迅猛增长,传统的信息及资料管理方式显然已无法满足当下需要,管理工作量大、无法实现动态管理、信息交流共享差等弊端尽显。针对这些问题,本文立足天津现有26个参建项目,对鲁班工坊信息化管理平台构建的必要性和可行性进行分析,从建设目标、建设原则、平台架构、搭建原理、功能设置以及运行维护六个维度阐述了构建鲁班工坊信息化管理平台的路径,力图达到高效整合数据资源,提高信息服务能力的目的,进而为鲁班工坊提供科学化、精准化、过程化管理和项目的可持续发展提供强有力地支撑与保障。

With the continuous cultivation of the Luban Workshop project brand and the continuous expansion of its influence,more and more overseas projects are landing.With the rapid growth of project data volume,traditional information and data management methods are clearly unable to meet current needs.The drawbacks of heavy management workload,inability to achieve dynamic management,and poor information exchange and sharing are all evident.In response to these issues,this article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of building an information management platform for Luban Workshop based on existing participating projects in Tianjin.It elaborates on the path of building an information management platform for Luban Workshop from six dimensions:construction goals,construction principles,platform architecture,construction theory,functional settings,and operation and maintenance,aiming to achieve efficient integration of data resources and improve information service capabilities.Furthermore,it provides strong support and guarantee for the scientific,precise,and process management of the Luban Workshop,as well as for the sustainable development of the project.
