新媒体背景下高职院校教育者网络思政工作的新路径——以四川工程职业技术学院为例

A New Path of Online Ideological and Political Work for Higher Vocational College Educators on the Basis of the Background of New Media--TakingSichuan Engineering Technical College as an Example

新媒体时代,辅导员作为学生思想价值引领的第一人,开展好网络育人工作至关重要。面对时代赋予的责任和使命,文章针对当下高职大学生思想行为特征,提出辅导员在学生工作实践中探索出的四大网络育人渠道:占领意识形态领域、用好新型教育平台、加强网络舆情管理以文化人以文育人,最终实现“为党育人、为国育才”的目的。

In the era of new media,as the first person to guide the ideological values of students,it is crucial for counselors to carry out good education work online.Faced with the responsibilities and missions bestowed by the times,this article proposes such four major online educational channels explored by counselors in student work practice on the basis of the ideological and behavioral characteristics of current higher vocational college students as occupying the ideological field,making good use of new education platforms,strengthening online public opinion management,educating people of culture with culture,and ultimately achieving the goal of“Educating people for the Party and for the country”.
