高职“双师型”教师队伍建设的方法和路径探究

摘要 职教二十条和新教职法规定,职业教育是与普通教育具有同等重要地位的教育类型,标志着职业教育从规模扩张进入高质量发展阶段。教师作为职业教育高质量发展的第一资源,对其“双师素质”有了更高的新要求,需同时具备理论教学和实践教学能力,“双师型”教师认定更加多元化。针对“双师型”教师队伍存在的数量不足、校企双师流动机制不畅、认定标准不明确、来源单一等间题,通过校企合作、双聘双管、引育并举、创新机制、完善管理制度等方式,提升教师的工程实践能力,形成数量充足、结构合理、长期稳定的“双师型”教师队伍。 Regulations of The Twenty Articles on Vocational Education and the New Vocational Education Law,vocational education is as important as general education and it's marked transition from scale to quality.As the primary resource for high-quality development of the vocational education.There is a higher demand for double-quality teachers,who should have both theoretical and practical teaching abilities,and identify more diversified.There are some problems in the double-qualified teachers,such as insufficient quantity,poor flow mechanism of school-enterprise,unclear identification standard,single source and so on.By means of school-enterprise cooperation,joint employment and joint management,co-education,innovation of mechanism and improvement of management system,teachers'ability of engineering practice can be improved,to breedthe formation of an adequate number of reasonable structure,long-term stability of the double-qualified teachers.
