丘陵山区农业机械研究现状及发展建议

摘要 丘陵山区是我国农业机械化发展的薄弱区域,从丘陵山区农业机械设计、模块化设计方法和机组作业协同控制等方面对我国丘陵山区农业机械的研究现状进行分析,并指出我国丘陵山区农业机械开发方面仍存在创新设计方法不足、机组作业协同控制效果差和智能化程度低的问题。结合现代设计技术,从电气化、数字化和智能化的角度针对丘陵山区农业机械驱动方式的电气化升级、多源驱动高效传动动力底盘的模块化设计、数据驱动建模和智能协同控制方面对丘陵山区农业机械发展提出建议。 Hilly and mountainous areas are weak areas for development of agricultural mechanization in China,research status of agri-cultural machinery in hilly and mountainous areas from aspects of agricultural machinery design,modular design method and unit opera-tion collaborative control in hilly and mountainous areas were analyzed.Problems that existed in development of agricultural mechaniza-tion in hilly and mountains were pointed out,such as insufficient of innovative design method,poor collaborative control effect of unit operation and low degree of intelligence in development of agricultural machinery in hilly and mountainous areas in China.And then,combined with modern design technology,some suggestions were made,such as electrification upgrade of drive mode of agricultural machinery in hilly and mountainous areas,modular design of multi-source drive and efficient transmission power chassis,data-driven modeling and intelligent collaborative control were put forward for development of agricultural machinery in hilly and mountainous areas from perspective of electrification,digitalization and intelligence.
