基于物联网的水肥一体化系统

摘要 水肥一体化系统是智慧农业核心内容之一,该系统可实现农业灌溉节水节肥、省时省工、提质增效。水肥一体化系统主要由控制器、过滤器和文丘里吸肥器等部件,以及控制、水肥供给、混肥和检测等模块组成,系统论述了水肥一体化系统结构特点及工作原理。基于水肥电导率调节过程和水肥pH值调节过程,阐述了水肥一体化系统控制对象和策略。利用田间采集系统、灌溉控制系统、水肥一体化系统、云端服务器、传输系统和无线传感器网络,以及远程监控平台,可对前端信息进行实时监测与传输。基于水肥一体化控制系统、远程测控系统,以及滴灌、微喷灌水肥一体化系统,探讨了水肥一体化关键技术和技术应用模式。基于物联网的水肥一体化系统为现代化农业建设和智慧水利建设提供技术支撑。 Water and fertilizer integration system is one of the core contents of smart agriculture,which can achieve water saving and fertilizer saving,time saving and labor saving,and improving quality and efficiency in agricultural irrigation.Water and fertilizer integ-ration system mainly consists of components such as a controller,filter,and Venturi fertilizer absorber,as well as modules for control,water and fertilizer supply,mixing,and detection.Structural characteristics and working principles of water and fertilizer integration system was discussed.Based on process of regulating water and fertilizer conductivity and pH value,control objects and strategies of water and fertilizer integration system were elaborated.By utilizing field collection systems,irrigation control systems,integrated wa-ter and fertilizer systems,cloud servers,transmission systems,wireless sensor networks,and remote monitoring platforms,real-time monitoring and transmission of front-end information can be achieved.Based on integrated control system of water and fertilizer,re-mote measurement and control system,as well as integrated system of drip irrigation and micro spray irrigation,key technologies and application modes of water and fertilizer integration were explored.Water and fertilizer integration system based on internet of things could provide technical support for modern agricultural construction and smart water conservancy construction.
