摘要
将小班化教学应用于研究生课程功能性食品,探讨小班化教学的优势。合理运用小班化教学模式,融合线上线下混合式教学,结合翻转课堂方式,构建多元化、多方位的考核评价体系,对小班化教学模式应用在功能性食品课程中进行实践摸索。
Small class teaching was applied to postgraduate course of Functional Food,to explore advantages of small class teaching.Through reasonable application of small class teaching mode,integration of online and offline mixed teaching,combined with flipped classroom,a diversified and multi-directional assessment system was built to practice and explore application of small class teaching mode in postgraduate course of Functional Food.
