农业耕作是人类延续几千年的生产方式,围绕这一生产方式,人们创造了灿烂的文明,形成了农耕文化。在众多农耕文化中,围绕农耕建立的习俗文化独具特色,典型地表征了农耕生产的特性。从习俗的设立来看,农耕习俗的建立与农事活动的节令性相一致,体现着农业耕作春耕、夏耘、秋收、冬藏的特点,借此,农耕习俗的价值和作用得以显现。作为农耕文化的一个分支,农耕习俗反映着农人面对自然顺势而为的思想,并将这种思想以习俗的形式表达出来,引导农人以群体参与的方式显明农耕文化的特征。

Agriculture has been a mode of production for thousands of years,by which people have created splendid civilizations and formed the farming culture.Among many farming cultures,the custom culture about farming has its unique characteristics of farming production.From the point of view of the custom establishment,the establishment of farming customs was consistent with the seasonal nature of agriculture activities,reflecting the characteristics of agriculture farming spring tillage,summer cultivation,autumn harvest,winter collection,thus presenting the value and role of farming customs.As a branch of farming culture,farming customs reflect the farmer’s thought of following the natural course in the form of customs,and guide farmers to show the characteristics of farming culture in the way of group participation.
