摘要
基于IPCC碳排放系数法,将区域间电力调度纳入电力碳排放核算,测算2012-2019年重庆市电力碳排放,并运用LMDI因素分解法分析重庆市电碳的影响因素。结果表明:观测期内,重庆市电碳主要来源于煤炭燃烧,经济增长是促进电碳增加的主要因素,电力强度下降和能源转换效率提高是抑制电碳增长的重要因素。
According to the IPCC's carbon emission coefficient method,the carbon emissions of Chongqing from 2012 to 2019 were calculated,taking into account the inter-regional power dispatch for electricity carbon emission accounting.The LMDI factor decomposition method was used to analyze the driving factors.The results indicate that:During the observation period,coal combustion was the main contributor to electric carbon in Chongqing,but the carbon emission per unit of electric power decreased year by year;The increase in economic scale was the primary factor promoting the rise of electric carbon,while the decline of power intensity and the improvement of energy conversion efficiency were the critical factors inhibiting the increase of electric carbon.These findings can help in understanding the pace of emission reduction in Chongqing and provide valuable guidance for the government in promoting carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
