滇藏铁路香格里拉—川藏铁路段走向方案研究

Study on the Trend Scheme of Shangri La Sichuan Tibet Railway Section of Yunnan Tibet Railway

考虑滇藏铁路为典型的复杂山区地区铁路,地形条件复杂,控制因素类型众多,通过分析运输需求、技术标准、工程技术经济条件等因素,研究了香格里拉—波密、香格里拉—邦达、香格里拉—洛隆3种走向方案,比较分析各接入方案的线路布局方式、工程投资及对规划的影响等,最终推荐采用香格里拉—波密走向方案,可以更好地带动滇、川、藏三省经济发展。

Considering the Yunnan Tibet Railway,as a typical complex mountainous area railway with complex terrain conditions and numerous types of control factors,this paper analyzes the transportation needs,technical standards,engineering technical and economic conditions and studies three alignment schemes:the Shangri La to Bomi alignment scheme,the Shangri La to Bangda alignment scheme,and the Shangri La to Luolong alignment scheme.It compares and analyzes the line layout,engineering investment,and impact on planning of each access scheme,and ultimately recommends the Shangri La to Bomi alignment scheme,it can better promote the economic development of Yunnan,Sichuan,and Tibet provinces.
