摘要
为响应国家节能减排的号召,减少工程建设对钢材的使用,研究混凝土灌注桩钢质声测管的替代品,提出管体、接头、底盖等配件均以高强聚氯乙烯主材的新型声测管。以钢质声测管的检测指标对高强聚氯乙烯声测管进行理论试验分析,在同一根灌注桩中埋设钢质声测管和高强聚氯乙烯声测管进行应用效果对比,结果表明:新型高强聚氯乙烯声测管可以满足灌注桩施工和超声波检测的性能要求,具备替代原有钢质声测管的能力。
In order to respond to the call of national energy conservation and emission reduction reducing the use of steel in engineering construction,the paper studies the substitute of steel acoustic pipe for concrete cast-in-place pile.It is proposed that the pipe body,joint,bottom cover and other accessories are all made of high-strength polyvinyl chloride.The RPP acoustic pipe is tested and compared in the laboratory with the detection index of the steel acoustic pipe,and the application test of the steel acoustic pipe and the RPP acoustic pipe buried in the same cast-in-place pile is compared.The results show that the new high-strength PVC acoustic pipe can meet the performance requirements of the cast-in-place pile construction and ultrasonic testing,it has the ability to replace the original steel acoustic tube.
